It is the Board’s policy not to meet with homeowners at Board members’ homes and we would appreciate your compliance.

Please keep in mind that under Oklahoma law, a quorum of Board members (4) is required to transact any Association business. No single Board member may make business decisions alone. All responses will require a little time to contact other Board members.

The new Board will have its first meeting in late January to create a timeline for review and further development of the Association’s governing documents. As always, every homeowner’s input is welcomed. Please keep an eye on the Timber Gate website for more information.
